Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lindsey Sobolosky and I am the new assistant to Philip Harold and Monica VanDieren with the Honors Program!
We are excited to announce that Robert Morris University will be hosting the 8th Annual Undergraduate Research Conference on April 25, 2014, in the Sewall Center. At this conference, students will present their projects, papers, and senior theses that they have created during the past year. There are typically three options for presenting: 10 minute presentations, posters, or panels. Students from outside of the RMU community will also be contributing to the conference.
We encourage all faculty to share information about the conference with the students in their classes who have created outstanding projects or papers in the fall semester, or plan on finishing one by April 25. This conference highlights various disciplines and subject areas, therefore, all students are invited to apply! The application for the conference can be found online at rmu.edu/urc. The deadline to submit an application is March 21, 2014. As an added incentive, students who present at the conference will receive SET credit.
Should you have any questions about the conference, you can contact Philip Harold or Monica VanDieren at honors@rmu.edu.
